  • Avoid getting cold by wearing appropriate clothing during temperature changes.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Avoid breathing fumes, gases, dust or any product with a strong smell: tobacco smoke; paints and varnishes; cleaning products (bleach, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, etc.); personal care products (hair sprays, perfumes, nail polish, deodorants, etc.); construction work in your home or in the same building; cooking fumes; butane gas, wood or diesel stoves; air fresheners; insecticides and fumigants; fireplaces; barbecues, etc. Clean and ventilate your home thoroughly, especially the bedroom, eliminating as much dust as possible and minimizing the places where it can accumulate.

  • During pollen season: avoid drying clothes outdoors; try to go out in the afternoon, as pollen levels are highest in the morning and evening.
  • Wear sunglasses to limit pollen contact with the eyes.

Eat plenty of raw foods every day: greens, vegetables, fruit, nuts, etc.
